Frank spent the previous two seasons in Minor League Baseball. He worked in ticketing and team travel for the Oakland A's affiliate in Burlington, Vermont - the Box Office Manager in 2017, and the Director of Team Operations in 2018. Before that, Frank worked on the marketing and promotional side of the music and broadcasting industries in Southwestern Ontario, Canada. A born Montrealer, his familiarity with Jamestown comes through the Montreal Expos players he watched growing up at Olympic Stadium in Canada - players who traveled through Jamestown on their Minor League journey. He enters the Jamestown Community Baseball front office this year with the full intent of making baseball a source of community pride, support, and entertainment for years to come. Giving back is the ultimate goal.
